I have been looking for a list of calculations ATX does not support. I have found in the past Alt Min tax requires additional calculations to insure it is accurate. I had an incident today in which ATX did not provide a warning for potential EIC for a married coupled with low income. I am waiting for a list from ATX of these kind of items....but have not received as yet.

This problem has been ongoing almost constantly the entire tax season. My contacts with tech support have gone unanswered. Everyone I have talked to at ATX has said it is not a problem.......does anyone have an email address to upper management. I too am considering changing to another tax program for 2017
