Please let me know your experiences, if there is a problem transmiting this kind of returns, where SSN on W2 form doesn't match with Taxpayer's ITIN. kodex Posted January 19, 2008 Report Share Posted January 19, 2008 IRS began allowing ITIN to be efiled last year. I sent many and they were accepted. But I noticed last it took longer to get an acknowlegment from IRS last year. But they were accepted. Note: this year I sent four already two days ago; so far, I only "Validated by EFC." Pedro I did it 2-3 times last year and it worked fine. Like Kodex mentioned, it does seem to take a little bit longer for acks, but it works. Buena Suerte!!
