joanmcq
Please! haven't heard from anyone on HI yet, and now I have a WI refund with no 1099 too.
Lion EA
Don't use ATX, but isn't there a way for you to make them go directly to line 10 without EINs?! Unless there was withholding, why would you need any more detail than amount and what it is? (I just put it on the entry area for refunds if it's a new client; if an existing client, it's already entered. Fast and easy. If a new client, I DO need info from prior year Sch A, but do NOT need EIN or anything else from a 1099-G.)
jklcpa
I posted over on the Drake forum to see if anyone there can provide HI and WI for you.
PaulH
I'm with Lion on this. I find it's easier to delete the 1099-G and type the refund directly into the Line 10 worksheet (jump to from Line 10) field in ATX. No EIN needed, and never had a problem with this. It would be even easier if ATX didn't insist on adding the 1099-G form every year.
SueC
You can get the 1099-G for Wisconsin online at http://www.dor.state.wi.us/eserv/Form1099G/index.html, but the payer EIN is 39-6006491.
