The Supreme court is not to rewrite laws, but to rule on the constitutionality of them.Penalty now means tax. States now means Federal Government. Welcoming an excluded group to an economy is always good for the economy. Florists, bakers, reception halls, bands/DJs, lawyers, accountants, tax preparers, etc. will all benefit from this.
