BulldogTom
We just discovered that the fax # on our Federal Cover Sheet is transposed? But when I look in the Preparer/ERO manager, under the Firm Tab, the fax # is correct. How do I make changes to the fax # on the Federal Cover Sheet? I have never messed with this, it just has always been right, until it isn't. Is there somewhere else that I need to enter that number? Thanks Tom Modesto, CA
easytax
Don't know if this will help, but under the tools tab (not preferences or preparer/ero tab) there is a place for company manager. That is the only other place I can find an entry for a fax number placement. Maybe there? Hope this helps, please say ya or nay so we know. BulldogTom
Those are the companies that we do returns for not ours. Thanks for the suggestion. Tom Modesto, CA
Abby Normal
That may be controlled by ATX, so only you can use the software. Call your sales rep.
easytax
From Abby's comment, maybe the field is drawn and placed in that viarable from the ATX page where your information is shown. Worth looking at, maybe that is where the incorrect fax number is listed.
Jack from Ohio
Delete the cover page form, save the return, then add the form back.
