WITAXLADY
wi is a reciprocal state to IL - so IL income and IL-NR - do I have to fill out the income then as then it triggers tax or just file it as WI checked and claim all income on WI resident?? trying to amend 2013 state.. so could use an answer asap please Thx d
mircpa
WI & IL has reciprocal agreement. If WI resident earned income in IL taxpayer would pay tax to WI not IL & vice versa. File IL Sch NR & back out income by marking clearly resident of WI. Find out if they have filed IL W5-NR
