  1. No dilemma on my part, I would not stay with this program if they GAVE it to me.
  2. Like I said, we tried the ATX solution (quoted above) and it DID NOT work. Any other ideas.
  3. We are stuck receiving old acknowledgements, back from Feb 26th and the ATX solution for this does not help. Anyone have a fix for this?
  4. Exactly, no telling what The overtime has cost us.
  5. Never thought I would say this because I have been one of ATX worst critics. If you have not updated to 12.13, do it. We are running a network wtih 12 workstations and everything is faster.
  6. Has anyone tried it yet and care to give your opinion?
  7. I would not stay with ATX if it was free next year. The cost of the software is nothing compared to the lost productivity we have experienced. Still waiting on that lawsuit to get started.
  8. I am already thinking about which program to switch to. I am concerned no one will have a program that will convert this mess and we will have to re-key everything we did this tax season.
  9. Waste of time, did not fix any of the problems we are having.
  10. I can't believe someone hasn't started a class action lawsuit here. We have lost thousands of dollars in lost productivity not to mention the cost of the software itself with this piece of junk software.
  11. Has anyone else had this problem? We are getting a lot of notices back from Ga that the 2010 tax was not paid and we know it was but Ga posted to the 2011 year. Georgia is now telling us the 2010 Georgia PC CORP payment voucher that ATX printed has the wrong bar code on it. They said Ga scans those vouchers and the bar code is telling them the payment goes to 2011.
