I'm having this same issue and cannot get a hold of ATX. I called once yesterday with over an hour wait time. I tried calling today and got a busy signal. We are also having the same issue when the e-file is created; it won't show up in the e-file manager until the program is restarted. Does anyone have a way to resolve these issues?
