  1. Hi Taxed - We hope you will reconsider TaxWorks once we get the issues ironed out. We've made huge leaps since releasing the program at the beginning of the year. I'm sorry for the frustrations you've dealt with this year. Alex TaxWorks
  2. I'm glad I could help, mrichman333. I hate to see you go but I understand the situation you were dealt. For this I am sorry. All I ask is that you consider returning to us next year, when we get everything ironed out. We're seeing this now, although belated. I hope the remainder of your tax season is a prosperous one. Alex www.taxworks.com
  3. TaxWorks is also having major problems. We did but we're working through them. Unfortunately our recovery was too little too late for some of our preparers, but we're making progress and returns are being completed and e-filed.
  4. Hi Crank, I'm sorry that we (TaxWorks) didn't deliver as we should have. It has obviously been a tough season for us but we're getting our legs back underneath us again. If you have any questions let me know. Alex
  5. Hey Boss, I'm sorry that we (TaxWorks) fumbled the ball this year. We're finally getting our feet underneath us again and those who stuck with us are gaining some momentum, albeit late. Hopefully we can regain your trust for next year. Alex
  6. TaxWorks definitely faced challenges early in the tax season. The good news is that it has stabilized since we nailed down the majority of issues with our updater utility. This really set us back. A good number of our preparers are now getting through their returns.
  7. We certainly haven't hid from refund requests. Email me at rgcommunications(@)taxworks.com and I can help you out. I realize it has been a frustrating year for TaxWorks users and I apologize for that. The good news is the software is stabalizing and many of our preparers are getting their work done. Unfortunately the early issues with the TaxWorks updater put us behind on some state forms, like NJ. We're getting there but it is undoubtedly frustrating for some of our users. Alex
  8. Hi mrichman333, I'm sorry TaxWorks didn't workout for you. Just so you know, the demo on the website is not the new product. We had to use last year's demo as the new product was in development through the sales season. Next year's demo will be the enhanced version of TaxWorks. You can view a video of the enhanced TaxWorks here: https://www.taxworks.com/ Regarding what the salesman did not tell you: 1) There are many similarities between this year's TaxWorks and TaxWorks of the past. Most notable are the five pane screens that preparers use to complete a return. 2) You are correct. NJ is not availbable yet. However, it may be available by 02/14/13. I realize this may be too late for you. Again, I'm sorry for any inconvienience and hope you will consider TaxWorks in the future. Alex
