Same here, splash screen takes over a minute and can't e-file form 4868 "An error has occurred and is preventing the connectivity test from proceeding"

My client letter shows the changes for the 2020 1040-ES payments dates but Form 1040 is still due 4/15/20???? What am I doing wrong???
