Maybe, not sure exactly, but the ATX customer support did call me back just now and they had to reset it on their end. All fixed now. Thankfully it was less than an hour wait. =)

My atx support site admin login has been locked out and will not allow me to reset my password. When i get to the part where you input the email address associated with the account,, it says that the password cannot be reset and that I must call customer service, which has an hour estimated hold time! I have left my number for a call back, but this is an extreme hassle! Anyone else encounter this issue? Why would it not let me reset my password the same way as before? Heather
