Could he not use the copy he has to make copies and mail in his return?

I used to work for airline and it was determined that air travel was not taxable to the employee, however the hotel discount we got at Westin Hotels, or any other hotel, were taxable to airline employee. Also, vice versa for hotel employees getting discount on UAL, who also owned Westin Hotels. air discount was taxable to them. IRS ia not favorable to any type of co-mingling of funds.

My grateful appreciation for all who responded. Went to printer and determined needed a new cartridge, but it was not showing to computer. Replaced black cartridge and all is well. Thank you all!

Turned it off and on again, and uninstalled printer and re-installed it to no avail. I'm pulling my hair out, AND I DON'T HAVE ANY TO SPARE

I cannot get documents on Word to print, however no problem with other programs printing. Can someone enlighten me as to what I may need to do to make it work properly? Or is there a compatability problem btn Word and MS7? Thank you for any assistance!

A t/p HOH w/2 children, filed thru/HRB beginning of 2010. As of 3/23/10 t/p purchased a home. Is she entitled to credit, and if so, which year-2009 or 2010? If 2009, is a corrected return sent or an amended return, or should it be taken w/2010 filing? Since not doing taxes this yr, I have not kept up with current laws and changes. Thank you for any assistance.

The church I was pastoring about 6-7 yrs ago used the post office lists, based on the areas surrounding the church itself. Problem is that you must use all of the addresses derived from them. Got about a 2% response. Just giving you a possiblitity of a list to use.

Are you talking about the "crank phone" that you used to crank to make it ring? Our phone was "3 long rings". And 5 long rings meant for everyone to listen for an important message. My dad could not understand why we paid money to put the spare tire back on the outside again after they had tried for many years to get it inside the trunk. He thought a "Continental Kit" was crazy. You were part of the "elite" if you had an inside bathroom instead of an outhouse, or later on if you had an antenna on your roof--this meant you had a TV!

I am sure you know that your tax preparation fee can also be advanced. I have had clients that would pay my fee in March/April and prepay the same amount in December, when I sent out my annual tax letter. In the following year, we would adjust accordingly, if overpaid=a refund (unless you have some very nice clients that say, "That is okay, just keep it", or underpaid=they would pay the difference. Of course my annual letter had that example somewhere in it, but it did work. Surprising how many come so close to itemizing, but if they had only paid something ahead it would work for them.
