  1. First, thanks to all who helped me with my 2 Factor Authentication Issue (especially Abby Normal). It only took 1 week and dozens of calls to get lucky. Now my Rollover returns cannot be found and I can no longer log into ATX 2020, ATX 2019... I survived the 2012 ATX FIasco, but think next year I am out. I am a one man shop and dont have an IT department needed to run the unstable ATX product. I am a stand alone install and apparently the servers are screwed up. Any ideas? Thanks!
  2. Actually, do I need access? I tried to log in via my Google account, but was denied. Your my only hope. ATX and my sales rep have left me high and dry!
  3. I hate to ask, but support and my sales rep are stumped evidently. Do you have payroll compliance download too?
  4. Thank you! I will try this tonight. I consider you a friend. ATX Support has not responded.
  5. Hello, So I've been using ATX since the 1990's. Upon renewal this year, I provided my new email. It was changed as I got my contract and reg codes. But when I tried to download, upon logging in they need to send me a code. It was referencing an old email that I no longer have access to. I called the general ATX number and was led to believe this is a showstopper for my tax season. Opened a support ticket, but am concerned. Any ideas? Anyone know anyone at ATX with some clout?
  6. Got it working...but I still hate Microsoft...
  7. After Microsofts last update (Thursday night for me) my ATX 2019 no longer starts. Cant find servers I believe. Can not start ATX Admin COnsole. This happens every 10 or so MS updates it seems and I have to call into ATX support to have them fix. Since they are closed this weekend, does anyone know the solution. Dead in the Water this weekend! Thanks in advance.
  8. Update: Called ATX Support and Raymond got everything resolved in less than 15 minutes! Outstanding service and a great guy.
  9. Upon starting ATX 2017, I get a database server error that prevents the program from opening. All my services for 2016, 2017, and 2018 are running. 2018 and payroll work fine. This happened out of the blue. Tried rebooting, etc. Any ideas before I go to support?
