    2020 Privtae Foundation Form 990-PF All private foundations do not have to file electroinically, but ATX has the Electroinc Only Filing Watermark on their system for all returns. Also, their 990-PF does not have an Other PDF paperclip to attach third part documents (i.e., Investment statements), which they will not add to this form. I would think an Other PDF paperclip should be on all return forms. IRS Exempt Organizations e-file_ Large Orga...pdf

    Filing a 2020 990-PF Private Foundation Tax return and need to attach an Other PDF document (from 3rd parties, not tax forms), but no Other PDF paperclip is shown in the e-file menu for attaching pdf's. Is there a work around for this? Thanks Chuck.

    New to ATX, it loks like it only shows the federal efiling but does not show the State of NJ. Does it automatically do the NJ state filing at the same time? There did not seem to be a NJ box to select? Thanks for your help and feedback.
