I'm working on the 1065 and K-1 for a partnership. I have all the numbers in the correct place, but it keeps showing errors on the global information sheet. for the Partnership Representative, social security number or ID #. I'm just confused what to do next. Is there a Knowledgebase video I can watch to help workout these questions? Thanks for any responses.

It says balance sheet discrepancy. Also for PR partner # 1: when entity is other than individual...do I show their social security number or entity ID no? It is showing error when I put either kind??!!

I had a reply from my client...she said her 401k lady told her it was a seller sponsored sale....

My client is having her sister pay her NOW for her portion of the parent's home before their only living parent passes away. The sister is currently living in the parents home with the dad and wants to be able to have it solely. How do I handle the $6,000. down payment made in 2007. Interest is also being paid. All suggestions greatly appreciated.. katedid1953
