  1. That may be the answer. Is it possible to roll back the update?

  4. Bummer, I tried and turned off the firewall, no help...
  5. We've used ATX for dozens of years. E-Filing freezing started about a week or 10 days ago. As soon as she hits the "Transmit" or "Receive Acks" button, the freeze starts. As soon as the process is completed, we can then access the server and continue our work. If a file is already open, then we can continue on that open form. But if we press "Return Manager" or "Rollover Manager", it freezes. Anything to do with the server, including "Save". There is nothing we can do to "unfreeze" it. Any ideas?
  6. Also, do you think ATX should freeze all the users when someone is E-Filing? or it can be fixed? thanks again!
  7. Is there a phone number or way to set that up? I've not had luck yet contacting support... and THANK YOU for responding!
  8. Can anyone help? Whenever we E-file, or receive acknowledgements, every one freezes. We have about 1900 client files on the server. About 5 users
