I am still unable to get anything thru or receive acknowledgments this morning. I keep getting server errors. Anybody else having problems? Any ideas how to fix this? Not a good time to be having problems.

Same here. It took so long and stopped forever at 86% that I thought it was locked up. I couldn't hide the window or anything but the last time I just left it and it finally finished. Must have been a whopper of an upgrade.

I am trying to do an update this afternoon and the forms update but during the components update part it gets stuck and stops every time at 86% download. Is anybody else having a problem with this? Thanks

Okay, we finally got the LA. Efile info form approved but now when I try to create an efile for a Louisiana state return it says the LA Form IT540 is not approved for efile. I can't find on the support page of MyATX anywhere when that form is expected to be approved. Does anybody know when we can expect to be able to efile Louisiana returns? Thanks

Thanks, but bottom line is that as of now we cannot efile Louisiana returns because ATX has not approved the Efile Info page for Louisiana, right? When I try to efile a piggyback return the efile box comes up and Louisiana is grayed out. So until the Efile info page is ready I either have to have clients mail in the Louisiana form or hold onto to it and efile it by itself when ATX approves efiling, right? Have you been able to efile any Louisiana returns? If so, how are you doing it? Thanks!

I do see where we don't need the LA8453 to efile anymore but don't we still need the LA. Efile Info page to be approved by ATX before we can efile the Louisiana return? The ATX e-file center now says estimated release date for Louisiana E-File is now Feb. 4th. Does this mean we won't be able to e-file any Louisiana returns until then? Can Louisiana be e-filed seperately later or are we a piggy back state only? Also, if we can't efile until Feb. it sure makes the new requirement to efile 30% of state returns more difficult to meet.

Hi All, Does anyone know why the La. form 8453 won't be approved until Jan. 31? That seems awfully late to me. I know I will have an awful lot of people wanting to efile long before then. I emailed ATX about it but have not heard anything yet. Does anyone know anything about this?? Thanks

I just went to the ATX download center and the form release schedule and the estimated approval date for Louisiana form 8453 is not until January 31?? Doesn't that seem a bit late? Is this a holdup on Louisiana not being ready or is it ATX? I have an awful lot of people wanting to efile long before the end of January.
