I'd stick a post-it over it with the new rates for the range of ounces you encounter (with another column for large envelopes) -- I'm sure your scale will read in ounces. I have a nice digital scale from 1991 when postage was .29 for the first ounce. Over the years when postage changed I whipped out a new post-it.

Whoever put that in the bulletin may have helped con artists to steal elderly member's identities. It would be interesting to see if the phone number actually rings at a real Liberty Tax office -- if it does, then they just exercised poor judgement rather than extremely poor judgement.
