Laura_in_MN Posted March 13, 2012 Report Share Posted March 13, 2012 I need Federal ID numbers and addresses for the state revenue departments of both Wisconsin and New York state. I can't create a federal efile with taxable refunds from these states without all the payer info filled in on the 1099-G worksheets. Of course, the taxpayer brought me no 1099s for refunds.
