brmorris
We had problem that started yesterday when trying to e-file from two separate (non-networked) computers: "Customer info verified successfully, but there is an issue with your account. Please update your account information from MyATX Support Center (https://support.atxinc.com/accounts/accountmanager.aspx) User canceled the Transmission." Based on information on the official ATX forum, I found that you MUST have a credit card on file with ATX that can be found on that URL above. B. Jani
No. You have to register your EFIN with ATX at their website.Check and see it is listed there.
brmorris
B Jani, eFiling was working fine until last week, his EFIN was listed on ATX's website for years. One hour after adding a credit card number made eFiling work again.
