Lloyd Hudson Posted March 16, 2013 Report Share Posted March 16, 2013 Have several returns with the no tax due or refund box checked on the state e-file info. Return shows refund. Tried deleting and recreating state return, discard e-file info page, reboot computer AND server. Recreate e-file info page and comes back just as it was.
