Guest Taxed Posted April 16, 2013 Report Share Posted April 16, 2013 Does the state extension have to wait until the Fed extension ACK is received? I filed both Fed and state extension by checking the box on each 4868. The state status box does not show a transmittal with todays date. So I run it again and it would not even let me e-file any extension saying awaitinf Fed ack?? Now i am worried if the Fed is late then stste is automatically late?
