mrichman333
I have a 2011 return to do. Can it be efiled with TRX 2011 software? Thanks
Guest Taxed
You could try. I do recall getting a program update earlier this year. If you don't get an ACK within 24 hours, then I would be concerned.
Terry D EA
I don't think so. I tried to file an S-Corp and no luck. Give it a try, after all, you can't loose anything for trying.
Julie
Have things changed that you can efile past-year returns? Never could before.
joelgilb
Have things changed that you can efile past-year returns? Never could before. Yes. Under IRS's new MeF program you can e-file individual returns back I believe to 2010, so long as your software vendor accepts them. ATX allows prior years returns to be e-filed and I have e-filed 2011 returns and I beieve I also e-filed 2010 but memory is bad on that one.. Drake on the other hand does not accept efiles from years prior to 2012. Not sure about other software. And as to Terry's comment - I am not sure about business returns
Kea
I e-filed a 2011 return today through TRX and it was accepted.
