I encourage you to take the time to also file your complaint with the TN AG's office as requested. The BBB has been continuing to work on the issues concerning TRX Software Development. We have been in contact with the Tennessee Office of the Attorney General, Consumer Affairs Office and they are asking you to file complaints with them. If you have not filed a complaint with them please take the time to do so.
