They used us as beta testers last year knowing full well that they could not deliver a working product for 2012 returns. Just look at the demo on their site. Does it look familiar? BTW I filed a claim against them in their bankruptcy case. I still cant believe that no one, from my credit card company to the BBB to the AG, could get my money back and they arent in jail, amazing.
