carolynm Posted January 28, 2014 Report Share Posted January 28, 2014 I'm creating a 941 efile. I get the error "940/941 EF info Error: Taxpayer Name, Title and date signed must be entered". The date, & signature date or completed but the taxpayer name is not. This for a corp-all of the data has been entered. The bunnyhop doesn't seem to take me to an entry form.
