Randall Posted January 31, 2017 Report Share Posted January 31, 2017 Working on a 1065. I see Ky is finally able to efile the business returns this year (partnerships and SCorps). Won't be available until Feb 13 but I can wait. No more printing the Ky form and an extra Fed 1065 to send with it. Anyone else have that problem with their state business returns? gfizer Posted January 31, 2017 Report Share Posted January 31, 2017 I'm pretty sure Kentucky was accepting the 765 by e-file last year. We just couldn't do it through ATX. Like you, I'm glad that won't be a problem this year. Now if only they would approve Form 741 in for e-filing.
