silverspring81 Posted February 4, 2018 Report Share Posted February 4, 2018 Hi All, Is anyone having an issue with the software giving you an error even after you input your CTEC number in steps 1-3 on the FTB EITC Due Diligence section? This is driving me bananas! I don't see a place to input on my firm setup, I have the number in front of me, and I am still getting an error that I know will prevent an efile!
