Locked out of my ATX account...Is the residential energy credit Form 5696 ready for e-filing yet?

I've about had it trying to get into my account online.  It told me that I was not an authorized user.  Well, we are going to find this "authorized user" and get either him or her to pay for this software next year!!!!

Is Form 5695 approved for E-Filing yet?
