ILLMAS Posted July 9, 2018 Report Share Posted July 9, 2018 This is my first year of using ATX to efile 941's, for the 1st quarter I created a new file for each client, now for the 2nd quarter, do I have to create a new file also? I tried adding the 2nd quarter to the current client filed and received an error message saying I cannot duplicate the form. Anyone? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
PaulH Posted July 9, 2018 Report Share Posted July 9, 2018 You roll over each client's first quarter file and then rename it (e.g , add Q2 to the end). There is a separate tab for monthly/quarterly roll overs.
