Randall Posted January 3, 2019 Report Share Posted January 3, 2019 This is referring to an Oct 2018 windows update. I assume I already have that update. I'm not sure how to set up a 2nd user account. When I go to control panel and mange user account, I was asked for my email. A message said I would need to be connected to the internet, then a finish button and then nothing more.
