I too and getting this 77 error code, "You have transmitted an EFile using a transmission relationship that is not valid in the EFC Client Database." jklcpa Posted February 12, 2020 Report Share Posted February 12, 2020 From an older ATX blog, it sounds like you need to make sure that your own "client" information is up to date within the ATX system, meaning your information as the tax preparer. Here is the snippet that I found: Quote EFC reject 77 Invalid transmitter relationship You have transmitted an e-file using a transmission relationship that is not valid in theEFC Client Database. Verify the Client ID registered in your software and the EFIN on that return.
