STGBK Posted November 6, 2019 Report Share Posted November 6, 2019 I updated to the latest version of EFTPS Batch Provider and my screen is frozen on the original Welcome screen. PapaJoe Posted November 6, 2019 Report Share Posted November 6, 2019 @STGBK: I have the same problem with Batch Provider - it loads the welcome screen and then quits. Have to reboot computer to get rid of the welcome screen. Help line doesn't answer and if you try to leave a message it says the mailbox is full. @cbslee: EFTPS Batch Provider is a separate program.
