Randall Posted February 2, 2020 Report Share Posted February 2, 2020 I noticed this last year. It was on Sch 6 I think. This year it is back on page 2 of 1040. Abby Normal Posted February 2, 2020 Report Share Posted February 2, 2020 2017 was the last year, it was printed, then during the redesign of the form, and they decided (correctly) that all that was needed was a checkbox in the paid preparer section.
