Yardley CPA
Are you using ATX? Can you create an efile through the program for 2018?

Lion EA
The IRS accepts e-files for 2017, 2018, and 2019. You state(s) may vary.

Unlimited efile is only for the current year. It is pay per transmission for prior years. Tom Modesto, CA

That's ridiculous to charge if the OP paid for unlimited e-filing when they bought the software. 4

The website for ATX support is like hidden from the world (took me 4 trys today to get into it). Support is a joke. I think they realize though that if they kill ATX, none of us will go to their other products. Just my humble opinion. I held out hope that Glenn's "non-compete" would expire or "Mel in/from Hawaii" would get his software up and running. (Can't remember if I lost track of Mel's discussion, or it just quietly died. )
Yardley CPA
I'm very pleased with ATX and all that it offers. Anytime I've contacted their support, they provided me with good service and rectified my issues. Sorry to hear others have not had the same results. I tried Drake and prefer ATX over what it offers.
Abby Normal
I called support (Advantage Support) the other day and they answered within 30 seconds and solved my issue quickly, with knowledge and competence. I rarely resort to calling support but I've usually had an excellent experience with ATX phone support.
ETax847
I share similar sentiments to Abby. I have found ATX support has improved tremendously from where it was just a few years ago.
