Tracy Lee
I have client that pays his own health insurance. I have imported his K1 form his Corp into his 1040 tax return, so all his business data is there. On line 16, Sch 1 (1040) under Business 1: His business is not showing up so I can continue with the deduction. What am I missing to get his business name to appear in the drop down box? TaxCPANY
An entry on Line 11 of the Ln 16, Sch1 worksheet triggers the S corp shareholder healthcare deduction. The premium amount goes on Line 1 of the worksheet. The Business 1 and 2 lines at the top of the worksheet don't pertain for this.

Possi
I have the same problem with TaxWise. I can't figure it out, either.
Randall
And don't forget to input his Medicare wages from his W2.
Possi
1 minute ago, Randall said: And don't forget to input his Medicare wages from his W2. That doesn't bite for me, either. And it's my own return. I'm an SCorp with a K1 and W2. Any TW users?
