Abby Normal Posted March 25, 2020 Report Share Posted March 25, 2020 Just realized recently that they never print the first time, but they do print the second time, but only if I close the return and reopen it. Just opened a new support case with this new info. I'd opened several support cases earlier and they'd usually just tell me I didn't check the right boxes.
