BearAhamN Posted February 27, 2021 Report Share Posted February 27, 2021 Agency rejected form 10NR with error code/number X0000-005 and description "The XML data has failed schema validation. cvc-datatype-valid.1.2.1. '' is not a valid value for 'decimal'". This refers to the tax rate 00.00 on form 1042-S line 4b. Changed it multiple times with available options no luck. Support has been contacted.
