Does anyone do international returns to know if she can file to get back any of these funds by filing a non resident return in Spain? B. Jani Posted March 31, 2021 Report Share Posted March 31, 2021 I am surprise to find out check mark within client info form for treaty. I was working on 1040 NR for student from India. On client info page, found a check mark with the code and when I click on it, it flow correctly to 1040 NR. Just check for your country if it pop up.
