Chuck0729 Posted June 23, 2021 Report Share Posted June 23, 2021 2020 Privtae Foundation Form 990-PF All private foundations do not have to file electroinically, but ATX has the Electroinc Only Filing Watermark on their system for all returns. Also, their 990-PF does not have an Other PDF paperclip to attach third part documents (i.e., Investment statements), which they will not add to this form.
