Son has never rec'd special # & taxpayer is tired of mailing 1040. Suggestions to 'rid'~'renew'~'void' "special id" is appreciated. Issue has continued for years - no reason for son (disabled) to have ever rec'd sp ID ~ no ID theft etc. Suggestions are greatly appreciated to make t/payer's life easier as I retire.
