When it asks for the file that I want to transmit, there are 3 different W2 files for the company I am trying to transmit. One ends with 'W2.ASC'. The second is a Zip file that ends with 'W2.Zip'. The third one ends with W2_OH.ASC which I am assuming is the file that gets transmitted to the state. My question is.... which W2 file do I select as the one to transmit via BSO? I am on hold at ATX and am unable to get someone on the phone to speak with. I thought perhaps someone here has a quick answer for me. Then.... what is the procedure to transmit the W2s to the state? If anyone knows off hand, that would be great. If not, I will find my way through it somehow. Thank you in advance for any assistance!!
