MEHCPA Posted February 19, 2010 Report Posted February 19, 2010 How do I do a multiword search without getting results that don't include both words such as - employee leasing -, I want only results that yield the term "employee leasing", not "employee" or "leasing"? Quote
Eric Posted February 19, 2010 Report Posted February 19, 2010 How do I do a multiword search without getting results that don't include both words such as - employee leasing -, I want only results that yield the term "employee leasing", not "employee" or "leasing"? Using the forum search: If you search for "employee leasing" with the quotes, it should bring topics with that exact phrase to the top of the search results. Notice that if you search for employee leasing without the quotes, you get 200+ results. If you use the quotes, you only get 4 results. Quote

I don't use the search that much, but boy, that really helps. Quote
Sage Posted December 21, 2023 Report Posted December 21, 2023 I’m having issue with search as well. I was just simply searching NYS, it said 0 result. Same when I search for other term. Quote
jklcpa Posted December 21, 2023 Report Posted December 21, 2023 The search requires at least 4 letters. 1 Quote
Abby Normal Posted December 21, 2023 Report Posted December 21, 2023 There are a lot of advanced search features. One I use is to exclude things with a minus sign, like -pinterest or -pdf. Also, there's a page for that you should bookmark: https://www.google.com/advanced_search And a useful list of operators for Google search: https://ahrefs.com/blog/google-advanced-search-operators/ 2 Quote
