Restoring ATX Back Up Files

That isn't too difficult, but I need a little more information.

First are you restoring the files onto a Vista machine ?

Second - what format do you have the files in, do you still have the entire ATX2006 program folder or just the backup folder.

If you have only the backup folder , you first want to open it and verify there is a file in there name atxbackup06.mdb (or something similar) I'm at work and don't have the program in front of me to verify the exact name.

Depending on what files you have the process will differ a little.

Hey Single Dad! As I told JB a couple of days ago, I'M BACK!

Was really leaning toward DRAKE for 2007, but didn't want to learn new software.

Booger

Hey Booger. We are back on the board but did change softwares this tax season. After reading some of the problems, I'm glad I did make the switch.

We added our second office this year as well.

Best wishes, feel free to send and e-mail anytime. [email protected]

Regards,

Singledad
