FWIW, under "EIC questions", Step 3, #5 ......... "Are you legally separated ........" - If I choose "yes", it will compute the credit. The taxpayers, in fact, are not separated. Maybe a context issue?

p.s. Technically Worksheet A is not populating. Almost the exact facts and circumstances as 2020 when EIC was $5,920.

Has anyone had any issues with the 2021 Sch EIC populating (i.e. Line 4a)? As such the program is not calculating the EIC. This particular client has a $7,200 Child Credit and qualifies for a $5,000 EIC per the chart. Form 1040, p.2, line 27 has the obligatory "no" next to it. Would rather not override. Thoughts?

ATX Max 2020. This year I paid a little more for the "advanced calculations" option.

FWIW, the error message does mention a "program limitation".

Have encountered this whenever I have a state K-1 from an S-corporation. In this case it's North Carolina. Anyone else have this issue when e-filing individual state returns?

Same error here. Tried the "Unlink" option to no avail.

I tried the NCDOR site to upload W-2s without success. Also, cannot go from .pdf to (flat) .txt. as required, even after downloading various freeware. I'm stuck with rich rtf; docx; etc. It can't be this difficult. Also, I don't see where I can manually enter payroll. I contacted NCDOR but was read a script. Thoughts?
