I too have given up on TRX. I went with TaxAct. I used Parsons back in the day, so it's not a difficult transition. Completed one return yesterday with no problems.

Thank you for your help trying to make TRX work. But, I could not deal with the uncertainty any more. I will be asking for a refund, already know the answer, and contacting

my credit card company.

Support solved my printing issues, they were aware that some users were having a problem. Had to install a different pdf viewer. Total time spent on the phone was 30 minutes.

That is the way I have been doing it also, but pdf does not open, Guess I have to keep trying to get through to support. Thanks.

I did have 4.0.0.12 and just updated to 4.0.013, have Acrobat Reader 11 and still cannot view or print. May I ask what procedure you are using to print? I followed the instructions in the manual with no luck. Thanks for your help!

I am not able to view, the return in PDF. I have uninstalled and re-installed Adobe reader and still nothing. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!
