Same thing happened to me. Did you mean version 12.8 and 12.9? Those are the versions you can not print in. I uninstalled 12.8 and 12.9 and went back to 12.7. Can print just fine with 12.7. Not updating until they fix the issue.

Customer service is also of no value. If you would like to wait all day to maybe to talk to tech support, then they might help. But after waiting over 6 hours last Saturday I gave up. Why don't they just have updates that fix everything.

Download the 12.9 update from the ATX site and install it.

I tried that before unloading the 12.8 update, but it did not fix the printing issue.

I unloaded the 12.8 update to get back to 12.7, and now I can print returns.

I was able to print client and preparer copies of a return. However, with the version 12.8 update, I can not print anything to the printer or pdf. I receive an error message unable to complete printing.

Has anyone had this issue and what can be done to correct.
