Its a DISASTER for me. Running XP,stand alone, ATX no longer runs- the usual ATX has encounter approblem then lists 3 pages of garble. Tech support stated that VEr 18 to come out next week should correct all the problems. If it does not must reinstall, and than update to the last Ver that worked, even if limited,

Over the years this situation has arisen may times. Real easy to correct, rather than try to get issuer to change/correct. List the full amount as income then treat the supposed error as a return. If you wish to be real "proper" attach a note of explanation. Backup has always been flaky. Import, export works fine.

You do not have to set up a printer. The program is suppose to do this. Just print using the PDF option. Open it with the latest version of Adobe Reader (free program). Use the signature option to sign it. all of these only refers to the E File authorization for

your records.

Only waited 37 minutes at customer service, your dime phone #, re: a printing problem- only prints line forms, no alpha-numerica, on an XP. As usual no solution but a very knowledgable person who really tried. Stated that Win 8 is not advised for this year. Advised me to call some Tech Service which CCH partnered with. They wanted me to sign up for $ 30./month on a CC with a first 30 day gurantee. Figured just another waste of time, so am printing returns as PDF for which Adobe/Nitro prints out fine.

4562 not required for 1120S if no new item for 2012. See 1120S IRS indstructions. Can enter data by

an override on front page 1120S.

Only prints line templates of forms-no words or data. Screen display is fine. Version 12.9 ???

Prints Only a Template form without any alpha-numeric printing or data, all forms. Update is 12.9 from the web site. thanks for any help suggestions.
