Software won't start.  Been "fixed" multiple times.  Over 1 hour wait time.  Seriously?  Chat offline.    Anyone else experiencing problems?  What is the solution?

Is anyone else getting repeated failures due to the software being unable to open transactional storage?  I have had to call support twice in the last two weeks to start my software so I can complete work.  That is just not acceptable and need a fix.  

Suggestions?
