I cannot open a tax return in ATX. The message that comes back is: "The program has encountered an unexpected error and needs to close." I do this and close the program. I then reopen it and get the same problem. I have been having this problem for the last 2 hours with no solution. I tried accessing the chat site and I cannot access that either.
My program is on a stand-alone computer used by me alone.
